WHEN ARE YOU REOPENING?  

Raleigh Improv is reopening on April 8 with Improv Presents, featuring performances by several of our favorite Triangle comics followed on April 9-10 with Andrew Schulz. If you already have tickets for those performances, you are all set unless you are contacted by Raleigh Improv staff. If you need to check the status of your tickets or have them reissued, do so by contacting info@ticketweb.com. 

 

WHICH UPCOMING SHOWS ARE GOING TO TAKE PLACE?

WHAT IF I HAVE TICKETS FOR AN UPCOMING SHOW THAT HAD BEEN POSTPONED, BUT I’M NOT COMFORTABLE COMING?

Going forward, we will continue to allow refunds for postponed shows up to seven (7) days prior to the performance, and after that time, no refunds will be honored. This policy will be revised in the future at a date to be determined.

 

HOW WILL THE SEATING WORK? 

We have implemented a layout of socially distanced seating, in groups of two and four to maximize the safety of our guests. Total seating is limited to the current allowable capacity under state guidelines, distributed throughout the entire showroom.

 

CAN WE BUY TICKETS AT THE BOX OFFICE?

The box office will be open on show days beginning one hour prior to the earliest performance.

 

IS THERE STILL A TWO-ITEM MINIMUM? WHAT WILL THE MENU BE?

Yes, there is a two-item minimum for all guests in the showroom. We plan to offer the full Raleigh Improv menu, which you can view here.

 

DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK?

Yes. Cloth face masks covering the nose and mouth must be worn to enter the showroom and must remain on when you are not actively eating or drinking.

 

ARE YOU CHECKING TEMPERATURES AT THE DOOR?

Yes, to help keep our guests, staff, and artists safe, we will be checking guests’ temperatures at the door.

 

WHAT OTHER MEASURES ARE YOU TAKING TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19?

We are implementing daily employee screening, personal protective equipment for all employees, more frequent handwashing, additional cleaning throughout the venue, contactless payment, and more. See our infographic for what we’re doing to keep you safe and how you can help.
