3. WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?

From You: We collect information that you submit to us or via the third-party sources (e.g. third party vendors, third party service providers, etc.) unless otherwise indicated herein. When you personalize your profile, use the Services, request special accommodations, or interact with us in other ways, including offline, we will collect any information you voluntarily provide, and we may also request optional information to support your use of the Services, such as username, password, birthday and in some instances, billing address. If you send an e-mail to us, we will collect your e-mail address and the full content of your e-mail, including attached files and other information you choose to provide to us. If you purchase a product or service through the Services, our third party vendors will collect the billing and financial information they need to process your charges. This may include your postal address, email address and financial information. LEG does not directly collect your financial information, like credit card numbers. However, LEG’s third party vendors may share limited financial information with us related to your purchases to allow us to fulfill your purchases.

LEG does not direct its Services to children under the age of thirteen (13) and does not knowingly collect information from such children. We require all users of the Services to be at least thirteen (13) years old. If we obtain actual knowledge that a user is under the age of thirteen (13), we will promptly delete all information associated with such account.
