Toron Rodgers (born May 3, 1975 in Williamston, N.C.) is an American comedian and actor. His passion to change the world with laughter led him to stand-up comedy. In 2018, his appearance at an open-mic in Raleigh, N.C., created the opportunities to open for comedy legends such as Michael Colyar, Jay Anthony Brown and James Stephens III. Due to the impact felt by COVID-19 in the live entertainment arena, he returned to film, producing the summertime comedy, “Hard Tymes” and co-hosted the radio talk show, “HL in the AM”. As restrictions were lifted, he found himself on stage at the, “Raleigh IMPROV” and performing up and down the East Coast.
