Page Hurwitz began her career as a stand-up comedian in San Francisco. She appeared on Showtime, at the Just for Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal, and had her own half-hour special on Logo.
Hurwitz has served as an Executive Producer and showrunner on a wide variety of television shows. She has written and produced shows for NBC, ABC, TBS, USA, MTV, OWN, and VH1. She also produced several seasons of Last Comic Standing and helped launch the careers of Amy Schumer, Fortune Feimster, Lavell Crawford, Tiffany Haddish, Lil Rel Howery, Roy Wood Jr, and countless others.
In 2014 Hurwitz partnered with Wanda Sykes to found Push It Productions. The company has landed projects with ABC, VH1, MTV, OWN, FOX, BET, TruTV, and Epix, including the award-winning Wanda Sykes Presents Herlarious, Face Value with Deon Cole and Tiffany Haddish, and the critically acclaimed Talk Show The Game Show on TruTV.
