Matt Marx

Matt Marx is a Louisiana born and raised stand-up comedian and actor. After failing to get into medical school, he decided to move to Hollywood and try stand-up comedy. Since, he has been selected as one of New York Comedy Festivals “Comics to Watch in 2025” and performed for the Netflix is a Joke Comedy Festival. Marx has opened for Tom Segura, Harland Williams, Joe List, Pete Lee, Greg Fitzsimmons, Kirk Fox, Jeff Dye, Nick Thune, Andy Huggins and many more. He is a regular at the Hollywood Improv and frequents the Don’t Tell Comedy shows across the country. He also frequents the Laugh Factory and Comedy Store where he runs a monthly show called “Acoustic Comedy.”
