James Graves is a stand-up comedian, writer, and musician based in Southern California. After years in sketch and improv, he found his voice in stand-up—and hasn’t shut up since. James pulls from his offbeat life as a dad, husband, former teacher, and lifelong “nice guy,” using sharp, relatable material to make sense of the madness. His style is honest, self-deprecating, and refreshingly human. For James, comedy is cheaper than therapy—and a solid excuse to get out of the house.
