Brooks is a New York-based actor, stand up comedian and producer. Born and raised in Belgium, he grew up speaking French, Dutch, Turkish and English. Though he loved French cinema and theater, he always had a penchant for American entertainment.
Once he graduated college in Brussels and finally convinced his wonderfully outspoken family that he was relocating to the U.S., he spent a year in Portland, Oregon, before moving to New York City, where he attended the Stella Adler Conservatory of Acting.
Since then, he has appeared on stage all over the city (Comedy Cellar, Gotham, Broadway Comedy), on TV (The Blacklist, NBC), in web series and commercials. When he isn't acting or doing stand up, Brooks is a Sr Project Manager at A+E Global Media®.
