Over the past few years, Dan’s absurd observations and dark autobiographical stand-up has been featured on The Late, Late Show, The Tonight Show, Last Comic Standing, Comedy Central Presents Dan Cummins, in his own one hour Comedy Central special, “Crazy With A Capital F”, and on several other nationally televised programs. He’s also provided guest commentary for shows like G4’s “The International Sexy Lady Show”, and, material from his two CDs, released nationally by Warner Brothers - “Crazy with a Capital F”, and “Revenge is Near” - have been played heavily on satellite and internet radio, after both debuted in the top ten on the Billboard Comedy Chart.
Dan has toured North America heavily, headlining shows in all 48 continental states, Alaska, and across Canada. He’s also been a favorite on the college circuit, booking hour plus performances at over 250 colleges since 2006. No stranger to the festival circuit, Dan’s also performed at the world’s most prestigious comedy festivals, including numerous shows at the Montreal Comedy Festival, the Aspen Comedy Festival, the HBO Las Vegas Comedy Festival, and many more. Recently, Dan moved to Los Angeles, and, after a few months, landed a starring role in the upcoming indie feature film, “Trunk’d”. He’s also been busy with auditions and meetings for various television projects, many of which he’s helped create.
Currently, after already having released two full length comedy CDs only one year apart, Dan is building his next hour of comedy, performing at venues across the country, and hoping to be appearing on your TV on a weekly basis very, very soon.
